Application Features
- Drive System: Supplyes hydraulic fluid to the steering/braking circuits (rear pump primarily supplies steering, front pump assists braking).
- Sealing Design: Shaft seals are made of high-temperature resistant fluororubber, suitable for operating conditions from -40℃ to 120℃.
- Filter Requirements: The oil inlet must be fitted with a 10μm precision filter screen to prevent foreign objects from abrading the gear pair.
Installation & Maintenance
- Installation Requirements: Requires a flexible coupling with high shaft alignment accuracy (concentricity deviation ≤ 0.1 mm, tilt angle < 1°)
- Maintenance Guidelines: Recommended use of ISO VG46 anti-wear hydraulic oil with a cleanliness level of NAS Class 7
- Regularly monitor oil temperature, pressure pulsation, and piston wear
